The die casting or injection moulding machine has a pressure meter system (10,11) exclusively through the mould or die (5,6) in pressure transfer contact with the interior (4) of the mould and/or at the mould or die (5,6) in pressure transfer contact with the mould separation plane (8). At least one of the two half-moulds is in two parts, where one carries the pressure meter system (10,11) round the mould interior (4), pref. as an exchangeable mould component (5) in a frame (6), with the pressure metering (10,11) at the contact surfaces between the mould component (5) and the frame (6). A pin at the mould component (5) and a socket at the frame (6) gives an electrically conductive connection. ADVANTAGE - The appts. gives a constant quality level over long production phases to give higher productivity and longer mould part useful lives.
