The feeler wheels (2) are round and have a smooth circumferential edge. The flails (3) are arranged between the feeler wheels (2). The operating circle of the flails (3) has a radius the same as or very similar to that of the feeler-wheels, and the shaft (1) carrying the feeler wheels (2) serves to drive the flails (3).
