A LCD element (7) is arranged in the handle (15), which with one of its two contacts is connected to a branch line (18) in series with a resistor (19) running parallel to the voltage measuring element, and at its other contact is provided with a lead off lug (13), which is arranged in the inside of the handle housing. A second A secodn resistor (20) in series with the connection of the LCD element and the resistor (19) and a capacitor (21) are arranged in the branch line (18), so that the connection of the LCD element (7) lies between the resistors (19,20). The voltage measuring element is designed as a moving coil unit. USE/ADVANTAGE - Single pole single phase e voltage tester, for establishing voltages without earth contact. Gives good handling esp. unambiguous indication of measured voltage also with different mains frequencies.
