The cable has a reception element defining a number of sectors or chambers, within which respective optical and/or electrical conductors (20) are grouped. The reception element is formed from textile flat profiles with incorporated reinforcing fibres (12) soaked with a binder for obtaining the required structure. Pref. the reinforcing fibres (12) extend longitudinally relative to the cable, the profile of the reception element (16) allowing passage of a filling medium.
