A rotor blade balancing arrangement contains a balance wt. which can be placed in a chamber extending in the blade's depth direction and closable by a cover. The cover seals the blade point end of a chamber in the carrier. It carries two identical pads extending along the blade. The pads (4) are positioned in front of or behind a longitudinal blade axis and carry balance wts. (7,8) forming layered packets (6) of equal thickness in the blade thickness direction. USE/ADVANTAGE - Esp. for a rotor with a hollow chamber accessible via a removable blade tip, for simple balancing without affecting static longitudinal moment.
