The valve body (29) of the shut-off valve in the connecting union (23) is slidable through a needle against the force of a spring (30). The monometer is mounted on a handpiece provided with fixing appts. (27) for fitting to coupling union (S) and accommodating the needle. Pref., the handpiece is T-shaped with one branch having a threaded bore to serve as the fixing appts. The second branch has a shut-off valve. The third branch has the manometer. The handpiece can be a distributor with four outlets. USE/ADVANTAGE - Testing functions of pressure regulator and overpressure safety valve. Easy to handle and very secure.
