The gas connection device has a pipe union (3) for connecting to a gas supply (carbon dioxide). The main body (1) has a main channel (10) for taking (so that it can be removed) the pipe union (3), a transverse channel (22) opening into the main channel and taking a pressure reducer, and an outlet channel (44) opening into the transverse channel. The safety valve (5), the magnetic valve (6) and the gas outlet pipe union are fitted in the outlet channel, and there is another transverse channel in which a pressure indicating unit (8) is mounted. USE/ADVANTAGE - Small, with few parts. Can be fitted at low cost. Suitable for medical use, in particular for "keyhole" surgery.
