The solid fuel boiler is for setting in a tiled stove. It has a firebox enclosed between an under grating and an upper cover with a hole (9) for a flue. The cover (8) is lined underneath with a space between with fire resistant cladding (13) parallel to the grating (11) and having a hole (14) for the flue. Beneath the hole (14) at a distance and in line with the hole axially (9) in the upper cover (8). USE/ADVANTAGE - The firebox is formed to improve the full burning and heating potential.
