The invention relates to an agricultural machine for destruction of self-propagating plants growing in the inter-row spaces of a crop planted in rows. It comprises at least one spray element 1B for a herbicidal product, mounted on a frame which moves parallel to the ground, by a suspension allowing this element to move in translation perpendicularly to the ground, while remaining parallel to the ground, the said element comprising a case 7 having substantially vertical lateral sides, and being provided with at least two nozzles 13A, 13B arranged so that the double transverse spray jet 19A, 19B produced by the said nozzles grazes the said inner lateral sides on either side of the case, so as to continue substantially in their extension, when lifted by obstacles. The invention is used in particular in industrial beet cultivation. IMAGE
