The invention relates to an assembly for the comparative tasting of wines under good conditions of hygiene. It consists of a unit 10 provided at the top with a flat surface 9 in which is a trough 6 and at the back of which there is fixed a pouring spout 5 supplied with clean water from a holder 2 by means of a mechanical foot pump 1, the waste water and used wine being collected in a holder 8. This assembly is presented either in a conventional desk for the purposes of teaching oenology or in a stall for the public presentation of wine products. IMAGE
