Recovery of energy in combined installations ensuring cooling and the production of a solute. The combined installation according to the invention comprises: @ an assembly 1 for cooling an enclosure L, including a closed cooling circuit 12 and a closed ice accumulation tank 11 connected to a main fluid; @ a cooling circuit 2 in thermal contact with the tank 11; @ a unit 3 for separating the components of the main fluid, comprising an exchanger 38 and a leaktight evacuated enclosure 42 ensuring separation of the components of the main fluid.
