Easel - painter's folding seat

The invention relates to an easel characterised in that it includes a seat secured to the assembly and in that it is foldable. The apparatus is composed of an arm carrying the support used by the painter (1), sliding between two triangular structures (2 & 3) joined together by two pins (4 & 5) allowing them to pivot vertically. To the base of the internal triangular structure is fixed a piece of fabric (6) acting as a seat for the painter. The device is held open by fastening a small cord (7) to two hooks (8 & 9) fixed at the top of the triangular structure. This apparatus may be manufactured from wood, heavy metal or lightweight metal, or from synthetic materials. IMAGE
