PURPOSE:To make a slab a flat plate with a structural core pillar and a steel framed bracket to reduce the height of a basement floor body. CONSTITUTION:A structural core pillar 4 made of a steel pipe concrete pillar is used as the pillar for a basement floor body 14, a shearing reinforcing steel framed bracket 8 is attached to a junction of the structural core pillar 4 and a slab with high tension bolts 9 in friction grip joint, and the pillar and the flat plate slab 11 are joined with the steel framed bracket 8.
