BASEMENT FLOOR BODY CONSTRUCTION OF BUILDING

PURPOSE:To reduce the construction period and cost of a basement floor body. CONSTITUTION:Girders 2 of the first floor are made of steel structure (the column of the first floor in basement is made of SRC, S, or RC having permanent substructural columns in the inside, and the columns below the first floor in basement are made of RC having structural columns in the inside). The floor structure of the first floor in basement and below are made by the flat slab process. The foundation is constructed by the mat process (KP mat process) in which reversely suspended unbond PC steel wires and a plurality of special blocks are buried in the mat slab. Formwork of the first floor girder and small beams, bar-arrangement work, placing work of concrete are all dispensed with. Moreover, the construction of beams of the first floor in basement and below and the construction of footing beams are dispensed with and hence, the excavated bottom is made remarkably shallow.
