PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the horizontal level and the smooth face of the surface of a building groundsill part and the surface of building floor materials so as to make the floor face to be good finished by providing building floor material supporting tools between the groundsill part and the building floor materials. ;SOLUTION: By providing building floor material supporting tools 2A between a building groundsill part 3 and building floor materials 4, the horizontal level and the smooth face of the surface of the building groundsill part 3 and the surface of the building floor materials 4 are obtained. When the horizontal level is not obtained only by the building floor material supporting tools 2A, by inserting spacers 6 in the building layers 5 between the building floor material supporting tools 2A and the building groundsill part 3, the horizontal level can be simply obtained. Further it is favorable to form a groove on the center part of the part supporting the building floor materials 4 on the upper face of the building floor material supporting tool 2A, so as to discharge standing water.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
