PURPOSE:To obtain an apparatus by which a blood-group card is mounted and the blood is automatically stirred, shaked and quickly dried by providing a mechanism for reciprocating and inclining an agglutinating reaction stage, a stirring rod for stirring the blood and antiserum dropped on the blood-group card and a blood absorbing mechanism. CONSTITUTION:Under the state wherein the lower end of a stirring and absorbing rod 3 is brought into contact with a blood-group card, a driving part 6 is operated, a cycloid locus is drawn with a clamping mechanism 4 and blood into which antiserum is added is stirred. Then, a shaking mechanism 2 is operated, an agglutinating reaction stage 1 is reciprocated and a blood absorbing mechanism 5 is operated when agglutinating reaction advances. A clamping mechanism 4 is turned, and the held stirring rod 3 is reversed. An attached spherical part 3b is pushed to the blood-group card, and extra liquid is absorbed. When the absorbing operation is finished, the clamping mechanism 4 is operated, and the held stirring rod 3 is released. The blood which is dropped on the blood-group card and into which the antiserum is added can be stirred, shaked and dried by half by the series of the operations.
