PURPOSE:To enable the two-dimensional mobility of a suspended panel by making a stator into a two-dimensional structure consisting of a first stator and a branched stator, and providing a means for compensating the lack of a connecting magnetic path on their connecting part to connect both the stators. CONSTITUTION:A stator is formed into a two-dimensional structure consisting of a stator 1 and a branched stator 11. Driving coils 1c are longitudinally disposed on the upper surface 1b of the stator 1. The branched stator 11 is crossed at a right angle to the stator 1, provided in parallel correspondingly to one pole of a permanent magnet 7, and also provided together with a yoke member 12 correspondingly to the other pole. Thus, the magnetic field of the permanent magnet 7 is passed through the branched stator 11 and the yoke member 12, and also through the connecting part 14 between the stator 1 and the yoke member 12 to form a magnetic path passing the stator 1. Thus, the stator 1 and the branched stator 11 can be connected to each other without reducing the attracting force of the permanent magnet 7.
