ANGLE ADJUSTING DEVICE FOR REFLECTION MIRROR

PURPOSE:To easily make fine adjustment of the irradiation angle of reflected rays. CONSTITUTION:A housing 78 is inserted into a circular hole 76 of the side wall 64 of a mounting base 60 and is mounted by a screw 68 with a washer. A mirror insertion hole 88 is formed in the housing 78 by inclining at 1 deg. with the axial line of the housing 78. A mirror 92 is inserted into the mirror insertion hole 88 and a reflection surface 93 is pressed to the base 89 of the mirror insertion hole 88 by a compressed coil spring 98. A mirror window 90 is penetrated and formed on a base 89. A mirror window 90 is formed through the base 89. A reflected laser beam deviates about 2.83 deg. in a vertical direction if the housing 78 is rotated 180 deg. when the laser beam is made incident on an incident point K of the reflection surface 93 in parallel with a base 14 and at 45 deg. with the housing 78. The deviation angle of the reflected laser beam is relatively small when the housing 78 is rotated and, therefore, the fine adjustment is easy.
