LABEL SUCKING MEANS OF LABEL-FEEDING DEVICE AND LABEL-FEEDING METHOD

PURPOSE:To cause a label to be arranged on the prescribed position in a cavity without the curl thereof by providing the label-sucking surface which is brought in close contact with the sucking body of a label-sucking means for feeding the label into a mold correspondingly to the curved condition of the molding wall surface of the cavity and has the sucking hole which sucks the whole label. CONSTITUTION:A sucking hole is opened at the curved label-arranging position 2a of a cavity 2. A label-feeding device 5 is provided with a stretchable main cylinder 6, and then the subcylinder 7 which is stretchable in the direction rectangular to said cylinder 6 and is provided with the label-sucking pad 8 which takes out the label 3 from a label magazine 4 to its end, is provided at its tip part. On said label-sucking pad 8, the sucking surface 8a which matches almost the whole shape of the label 3 and has the shape coincident with the label-arranging position 2a in the cavity and the sucking hole 9 which sucks the whole of the label 3, is formed. When said sucking surface is made of elastic deformable material in a plane and is brought in contact with the label-arranging position 2a, the label-sucking surface may be preferably curved also be copying said shape.
