PURPOSE:To realize the system in which wide application scope is attained, transmission of intention is and generation of an mail are facilitated, a file resource is effectively utilized and a load of a communication network is relieved. CONSTITUTION:A communication object management means 3 manages a document for an electronic mail defined by a communication object 1 and a message 2 so as to be used from a terminal equipment 7 or the like and a communication object base 4 stores them. A communication object control means 5 displays an image of an electronic mail onto a screen of the terminal equipment 7 or the like by controlling a window server 6 and generates and operates the display. A communication object transmission means 9 sends the communication object 1 and the message 2 to a respectively side application program 8 or the like via a communication control device 11. A communication object reception means 12 receives the communication object 1 and the message 2 sent from the other application program 8 or the like via the communication control device 11 and gives it to the communication object management means 3.
