PURPOSE:To improve productivity by reading out an additional operation for a preceding operator from an additional operation storage means, and directing the preceding operator to perform the read-out operation which can be concurrently performed by the preceding operator, and allotted to other operator. CONSTITUTION:The operation instruction processing routine usually gives instruction for operation in each operator's charge to each operator so that the number of operation which each operator is taking, is fixed, and when a preceding operator whose operation is substantially advanced is detected, the routine directs the preceding operator to accept an operation except the operation in his charge so that the line balance is kept favorable. The instruction reference processing routine searches for concrete instructions for operation when the above operation instruction processing routine gives instructions for operation, while making certain whether the operation can be performed or not by the operator as instructed.
