METHOD FOR CULTURING AND SHIPPING HYDROPONIC VEGETABLE ENRICHED IN SPECIFIC NUTRITIVE VALUE AND ITS PRODUCT

PURPOSE:To obtain a culturing and producing method for producing and harvesting a vegetable enriched in a specific nutritive value as a harvested product in the culture of hydroponic vegetables or harvesting a hydroponic vegetable from the root, and then housing the vegetable in a vessel for shipping and enreching specific nutritive values in the vessel to supply the vegetable to the consumers, and product thereof. CONSTITUTION:Culturing method characterized by harvesting a vegetable in culture of hydroponic vegetable, immersing the vegetable into a culture medium rich in specific nutritive components several days after harvesting or using a vessel for shipping the hydroponic vegetable to sufficiently absorb the specific nutritive components, and then handing to consumers, and production thereof.
