PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide low potassium vegetables which contain a large amount of calcium and have an excellent taste of vegetables, while suppressing sodium content.SOLUTION: A culture solution for hydroponics to grow low potassium vegetables consists of an aqueous solution which does not contain potassium substantially, and contains 0 ppm or more and 100 ppm or less of sodium, at least one of 5 ppm or more and 20 ppm or less of iron and 0.05 ppm or more and 1 ppm or less of zinc, calcium, a normal amount of magnesium, phosphorus, and nitrogen.
