PURPOSE:To provide a new temperature display material with a simple layer structure at a low cost by utilizing the deformation of a relief pattern. CONSTITUTION:A relief pattern with an irregular shape made of a thermoplastic resin composition material is provided on a carrier, the light or ionizing radioactive ray with different intensity respectively is radiated to optional portions of the relief pattern to form hard areas with different hardening degrees partially on a temperature display material, when it is heated to an optional temperature or put in the specific temperature environment, the relief pattern is selectively softened and deformed at areas with different hardening degrees, and the temperature display method generating visually discernible contrasts and the temperature history judging method are obtained.
