OUTSIDE LINING WORK FOR PRIMARY LINING WORK OF SHIELD TUNNEL

摘要

PURPOSE:To economically form a lining work having high safeness in a short time by a simplified method for the inner lining work of shield tunnel. CONSTITUTION:An inner cylinder 11 is set doubly on the inside of the shield cylinder 10 of a shield excavator, and a movable partition wall 15 is provided between both the cylinders 10 and 11 in enabling it to move back and forth by an oil-pressure cylinder 16. The back side of the wall 15 is worked to be a backing material-storing chamber 13, and the chamber 13 is packed with a backing material 23 in advance. During the time when the chamber 13 advances as the excavation by the cylinder 11 proceeds, the wall 15 is moved backwards to push out the backing material 23.
