VERIFICATION TEST METHOD FOR SITE ASSEMBLED TRANSFORMER

PURPOSE:To get a verification test method which can surely verify the damage, the dislocation, and the moisture absorption of winding by the vibration shock during transportation of the transformer, whose body is disassembled for transportation, after transformation. CONSTITUTION:(tan delta) of the winding is measured using a Schering bridge through a high-voltage terminal 7 and a low-voltage terminal 8, which are pulled out of a tank 3 in the condition that the body of a transformer is disassembled and the winding is stored in the tank 3 for transportation. By measuring (tan delta) of the winding again after transportation of the winding to the site and comparing this, the damage, the dislocation, and the moisture absorption of the winding are verified.
