METHOD FOR DETECTING ANTIBODY WHITE SPECIFICALLY APPEARS IN INFECTIOUS DISEASE PATIENT AND KIT USED THEREFOR

PURPOSE:To make it possible to specifically detect antiphospholipid antibody which specifically appears in infectious diseases such as syphilis by excluding the possibility of the bonding of antiphospholipid antibody and phospholipid and the indication of biological false-positivity, thereafter bringing liquid under test and cardiolipin into contact, and detecting the antibody which reacts with the cardiolipin. CONSTITUTION:Liquid under test and phospholipid having negative charge are brought into contact. The possibility of the bonding of the phospholipid used for antibody detection with antiphospholipid antibody having the property of bonding with the phospholipid depending on anti cardiolipin/cofactor in the liquid under test is eliminated. The liquid under test and the phospholipid having the negative charge are brought into contact. The presence or absence of the antibody in the liquid under test which is bonded to the phospholipid or the amount of the antibody is detected. The liquid under test as the object is the blood, serum, plasma, cerebrospinal fluid or the like of a patient in doubt of infectious disease such as syphilis. Thus, the antiphospholipid antibody which specifically appears in the blood of the patient of the infectious disease such as the syphilis can be specifically detected.
