PURPOSE:To obtain a cosmetic capable of giving chill feeling to the skin by using powdery ethanol. CONSTITUTION:The objective cosmetic is produced by properly compounding or incorporating cosmetic powdery alcohol produced by adding additives such as perfumery, vitamins, amino acids and humectants to a powdery ethanol prepared from ethanol and a powder-forming base. The cosmetic gives long lasting chill feeling.
