PURPOSE:To be able to continue without suspending work in other work head, at the time when a certain one work head changes a tool, also, to be able to execute the same work in parallel simultaneously with the tool being changed at the same time in plural work heads. CONSTITUTION:A tool magazine 9 and exchange unit 10 are equipped on each work head, on the carriage 4 provided with plural work heads 5 in parallel, and the automatic change of the tool is executed separately on each work head and yet on the same carriage.
