MANUFACTURE OF ZN SERIES ALLOY ELECTROPLATED STEEL PLATE EXCELLENT IN CHIPPING RESISTANCE

PURPOSE:To obtain a Zn series alloy electroplated steel plate having good chipping resistance in a low temp. range, excellence in corrosion resistance and plating appearance by executing the main plating with the ordinary Zn series alloy plating liquid containing no H2O2 after executing pre-plating with the Zn series alloy plating liquid containing H2O2. CONSTITUTION:On at least one side surface of the steel plate, the Zn series alloy electroplating is executed at 0.01-3g/m2 of sticking quantity with the Zn series alloy plating liquid containing =0.1g/l and 3g/l of H2O2. Successively, the Zn series alloy electroplating is executed in the prescribed sticking quantity with the ordinary Zn series alloy plating liquid containing no H2O2. Then, the Zn series alloy electroplated steel plate or Zn-Fe series alloy electroplated steel plate.
