PURPOSE:To prevent dew formation or frosting at an outer surface of a constant temperature chamber, an inner surface of a thermal insulating tank and a surface of component parts such as a cable taken out of the tank, shorten the thickness of the thermal insulating layer and simplify a thermal insulating structure by a method wherein the thermal insulating layer of fluid under a forced convection flow is disposed within a plurality of solid thermal insulation layers at a wall part of the constant temperature oven. CONSTITUTION:A device 1 is sealed at an opening formed in a wall 5 of a constant temperature chamber with a packing 6 and removably attached by a fixed knob 7. A flowing fluid 8a flows from a flow passage disposed at a wall 5 of the constant temperature chamber toward a fluid thermal insulating layer 1b of the device 1 from a plurality of directions and then flows out of an opening of a solid thermal insulation part 1c from which a cable 3 is taken out. In the event that an inner side of the tank is kept at a low temperature, a sensitive heat is given to the solid thermal insulating layer la and the cable 3. As the flowing fluid 8a, dried air or dried nitrogen containing a restricted amount of moisture as much much as possible is applied, resulting in that atmosphere having a dew point of the fluid can be made into the fluid thermal insulating layer 1b.
