SYSTEM AND DEVICE FOR COLLECTING CHARGE TARIFF BY TIME ZONES FOR QUANTATIVE CHARGING NETWORK

PURPOSE:To enable a processing to be conducted even when crossing several time zones like a long-time connecting call and to unnecessitate the limit of a number for switching the time zone to one call by transmitting a charge record each time the time zone is switched at the network executing quantative charging (the number of packets or the like). CONSTITUTION:Two charge record collecting planes are provided for each call to store an amount for calculating a charge tariff, the plane to store the amount is switched for each time zone, and the record storing the amount of the preceding time zone is transferred to a processor as one charge record after adding a subscriber number, relevant time zone ID and call ID for call identification. Thus, charging by time zones for quantative charging is enabled.
