PURPOSE:To recover automatically without applying pressure to a medium when an abnormal situation is generated in a power source of a device by closing a feeding flow path solenoid valve and a reflux path solenoid valve by means of the output of a defection sensor for sensing a touble generated in the device, opening a solenoid valve for introducing atmosphere into a recovery flow path solenoid valve and recovering automatically a temperature control medium. CONSTITUTION:A control circuit 10 is so constituted as to close a feeding flow path solenoid valve 11, a recovery flow path solenoid valve 12, an atmosphere introducing solenoid valve 13 and a reflux flow path solenoid valve 14, a starting pump 5 to vacuumize the inside of a tank 5 at the starting time, and also to open the feeding flow path solenoid valve 11 and the reflux flow path solenoid valve 14 when a signal of a pressure sensor 24 is issued to reflux a medium. The recovery flow path solenoid valve 12 and the atmosphere introducing solenoid valve 13 are the solenoid valves open all the time and opened by self-sensing the voltage drop to function as a defection sensor and an actuator. When an abnormal situation is generated in a power source, the feeding flow part solenoid valve 11 and the reflux flow path solenoid valve 14 are closed and the recovery flow path solenoid valve 12 and the atmosphere flow path solenoid valve 13 are opened to suck the residual medium in a flow path (R) 51 of a mold 50 by means of negative pressure in a tank 9 and recover the medium into the tank 9.
