The device (1) has a receiving pipe (2) i.e. injector pipe, partially extended within a volume of a temperature control medium feeding device (3), such that a temperature control medium is flowable around the pipe. The feeding device comprises a temperature control medium dissipation device (6) and is formed as a part of a temperature control closed loop. The feeding device coaxially surrounds the pipe, such that an annular gap is formed to guide the medium between the pipe and the feeding device. An inner side of the pipe is partially coated with a coating of chemical inert material. The chemical inert material is glass or ceramic.
