PURPOSE:To improve workability and reliability by storing the code number inputted through ten-key into a memory section in registration mode, comparing the code number inputted through ten-key in control mode with the code number stored in the memory section, and allowing an electrical lock to release when the agreement is judged. CONSTITUTION:In registration mode, a mode changeover switch 12a of mode switching means 12 is operated. A code number of four digits is inputted by operating ten-key 11a of a key operation section 11 within a specified time. Then, the inputted number is stored in a memory section 13 and registered. In control mode, a code number of four digits is inputted by operating ten-key of the key operation section 11. Then, the inputted number is compared with the code number registered in the memory section 13 in a signal processing section 10. When the agreement is judged, unlock operation key 11b of the key operation section 11 is subsequently operated. Then, the signal processing section 10 outputs an unlock command signal to a lock drive signal generating section 14.
