CONSTRUCTION OF SOUND-ABSORBING POROUS METAL MATERIAL

PURPOSE:To facilitate installation work by stopping a sound-absorbing porous metal material at a base material of synthetic wood by nails or binding agent. CONSTITUTION:A sintered porous aluminum sound-absorbing material 1 having continuous pares 6 of an average pore diameter of about 50-300mum at a pore ratio of about 30-60% is moulded between Al sintered grains 7. An end part of a base material 3 of synthetic wood is applied to a side surface of this sound- absorbing material 1, and a headless nail 4 or the like is applied to and stopped at a base material applied part. The material can thus be stopped easily and strongly.
