PURPOSE:To enhance the reinforcing rod arrangement accuracy by placing a number of L-form semi-hoop rods parallelly, and welding the two ends of each semi-hoop rod to a rod as substitute for the main rod rigidly. CONSTITUTION:A number of L-form semi-hoop rods 1 are placed parallelly at a certain spacing. The foremost faces of the two ends of each semi-hoop rod 1 are welded to side faces of a rod 2 as substitute for the main reinforcing rod, and thus a semi-prefabricated reinforcement A for pillar hoop is accomplished. Two of such reinforcements A are placed facing each other, and rod arrangement is made in assembling in square section so that it encircles the pillar main rods 3 installed in a construction site.
