DEVICE FOR PREVENTING BLOCKADE OF SET ACCELERATING AGENT DISCHARGE OPENING IN DEVICE FOR MIXING AND STIRRING CONCRETE SET ACCELERATING AGENT

PURPOSE:To prevent a set accelerating agent from blocking a set accelerating agent discharge opening by providing a valve bar guide passage and a tubular cavity to a set accelerating agent injection tube mounted in a tube for adding, stirring and mixing the concrete set accelerating agent, and fitting a valve body into the passage via a spring, the guide passage being communicated with the discharge opening. CONSTITUTION:Before the work of forcibly feeding concrete is started, a switching valve 7 mounted in a set accelerating agent injection tube 3 is pressed by energizing force exerted by a spring 10 and the valve bar 7a of the switching valve 7 passes through a valve bar guide passage 4 provided in the injection pipe 3 and projects therefrom, thus blocking a set accelerating agent discharge opening 2 provided to a tube 1 for adding, stirring and mixing the concrete set accelerating agent. When the work of forcibly feeding concrete is started, the switching valve 7 is forced to retreat into the set accelerating agent injection tube 3 by the pressure of the concrete set accelerating agent against the energizing force of the spring 10 and the discharge opening 2 is opened so that the set accelerating agent is added into the tube 1 for stirring and mixing. When the work is interrupted, pressure applied to the switching valve 7 by the concrete set accelerating agent is relieved and thereby the switching valve 7 is pushed by the energizing force of the spring 10 and blocks the discharge opening 2, thereby enabling the control of adding and mixing the set accelerating agent.
