PURPOSE:To prevent the malfunction caused by noise, and also, to facilitate the change of a running path layout by loading a communication part, a code reader and a microcomputer on a self-running truck, and installing a communication line, a code display part and communication part on the ground side. CONSTITUTION:In a state that a self-running truck 1 goes into a prescribed zone and a code display part 13 on the ground side is detected by a code reader 5 on the truck side, its ground side state is given to a microcomputer 9 loaded on the self-running truck 1 through a communication line 11 going along a running path and a truck side communication part 7 from a ground side communication part, and in the microcomputer 9, a prescribed running control program is executed by taking the ground side state into consideration. Accordingly, it becomes unnecessary to perform wiring between a control computer on the ground side and each zone. In such a way, a malfunction caused by noise is prevented, ad also, a change of a running path layout is executed very easily.
