SLIT PATTERN OF FIN FOR AIR-COOLED HEAT EXCHANGER

摘要

PURPOSE:To improve a heat transfer rate by a method wherein a Z-shaped slit pattern and an S-shaped slit pattern of a fined tube type air cooled heat exchanger are alternatively arranged along a flow direction of air with a fin base being left therebetween. CONSTITUTION:A Z-shaped slit pattern 3 comprised of a pair of slits 2a, 2b continuously cut and raised in a direction opposing against a fin base 1 and an S-shaped lit pattern 4 having a pair of slits 2c and 2d continuously cut and raised in a direction opposite to that of the Z-shaped slit pattern are alternatively arranged along an air flowing direction to form some slit fins 2. With such an arrangement, it is possible to improve a heat transmitting performance reduced at a part of the slit 2 of a pitch 2l inversely at a part with a pitch 4l and entirely it is also possible to cause it to be approached to a substantial theoretical performance.
