PURPOSE:To convert soluble matter to oxide by decomposing polysaccharides stably contained in dialyzed waste water or fruit juice waste water in large quantities by putting the strong oxidizing action of ozone to practical use. CONSTITUTION:The dialyzed waste water or fruit juice waste water stored in a conditioning tank 3 under stirring is sent into a reaction tower 8 by a control pump 4 and ozone generated by an ozone generator 5 is sent to the reaction tower 8 by a pipe 7 to be reacted with the dialyzed waste water or fruit juice waste water already stirred in the conditioning tank 3 and sent into the reaction tower 8 for a definite time. The chemicals such as a coating agent or the like stored in chemicals tanks 20, 21 are allowed to flow in the dialyzed waste water or fruit juice waste water reacted with ozone temporarily received in a receiving tank 22, and the dialyzed waste water or fruit juice waste water mixed with the chemicals is sent into a filter 12 through a pipe 11. Since the Z-filter (brand) constituting uniform extremely fine slits within the range of 1-200mum is used in the filter 12, the oxide substance generating the chemical change with ozone can continuously be removed with high efficiency.
