PURPOSE:To execute the notice to a telephone set of an outgoing person by a voide guidance or a visible display signal by transferring a personal communication number or a terminal number of a call received in the course of speech, and also, receiving a write end signal or a message signal from an incoming telephone set. CONSTITUTION:A terminal 1 displays a personal number of a terminal 3, and the number concerned or a fact that an incoming is requested in a signal channel and a display part 8, respectively by a card read writer 9, and also, writes them in a recording area of an IC card. After a speech of the terminal 1 and a terminal 2 is finished, a user of the terminal 1 executes an outgoing to a user who executes a call from the terminal 3, based on recording information of the IC card 5. After the speech is finished, a display is executed successively on a display part 8 of a telephone set, and it is also possible to execute an outgoing to the other party to a key input part 7, based on the display contents, and to designate selectively and call a connecting destination by a touch panel and a simple operation. In such a way, the speech is secured by executing the connection by a touch panel and a simple operation.
