After that, a pair of the angles 1 are combined with each other in a square shape, and end sections are welded, and a square column body 14 is formed. After that, in the internal section of the column body 14, a temperature-regulating ventilating equipment piping 18 is set, and wall body/beam jointing bolt holes 4, foundation section fitting lower end flanges, floor bearing upper end projections, and the like are arranged. Then, the column body 14 is carried in site, and is erected, and ready-mixed concrete is placed in the internal section, and after that, walls floors, and the like are fitted on.
