PURPOSE:To simplify the structure and to miniaturize the device by constituting the device with 1st - 3rd engagement members, 1st - 3rd moving members, 1st - 3rd driving means, and a placing table. CONSTITUTION:The 1st - 3rd engagement members 17, 27, and 37 are rotatable on an axis nearly perpendicular to a reference plane. The 1st moving member 10 has the member 17 and is movable in a 1st direction nearly parallel to the reference plane. The 2nd moving member 20 has the member 27 and is movable in a 2nd direction nearly parallel to the reference plane and 1st direction and provided on the member 10. The 3rd moving member 30 has the member 37 and is movable in a 3rd direction nearly parallel to the reference plane and nearly perpendicular to the 1st direction. The 1st driving means 13 moves the member 10, the 2nd driving means 23a - 23c move the member 20, and the 3rd driving means 33 moves the member 30 respectively. The placing table 2 has a 1st guiding member 205 engaged with the members 17 and 27 movably almost in parallel to a 3rd direction and a 2nd guide member 206 engaged with the member 37 movably almost in parallel to the 1st direction.
