On the other hand, the output of a power source system voltage detecting PT 102 is decided by an instantaneous reduction detecting circuit 103, and when a power source system voltage is reduced, and an instantaneous voltage reduction is detected, an instantaneous reduction detecting signal PD is transmitted to a control mode switching circuit 104.
