WATER-SOLUBLE LIGHT-SENSITIVE COMPOUND, SYNTHESIS METHOD THEREOF AND LIGHT-SENSITIVE COMPOSITION USING SAID COMPOUND

PURPOSE:To obtain the title compound for cathode-ray tube of color television, etc., capable of exposing in a short time and supplementing lowering of irradiation onto light-exposed face by simultaneously mixing and condensing a carbonyl structure-containing high polymer compound with an azide group-containing aromatic aldehyde and aliphatic aldehyde. CONSTITUTION:Methanol, water and sodium hydroxide are added to a dioxane solution of high polymer compound (e.g. maleic acid-methylvinyl ketone copolymer) having a carbonyl structure and an azide group-containing aromatic aldehyde compound (e.g. azidebenzaldehyde-2-sodium sulfonate) and aliphatic aldehyde (e.g. acetaldehyde) are added thereto and the mixed solution is subjected to condensation reaction at ambient temperature for 4hr and the reaction liquid is poured into ethanol and the resultant precipitation is filtered to provide the aimed light-sensitive compound.
