PURPOSE:To obtain s mechanical output while being synchronized and driven by the polarity of opposed primary or secondary permanent magnets, normal conductive DC magnets and superconducting permanent magnets by magnetic force generated by circulating currents by arranging a circulating-current holding control switch in parallel with the exciting coil of a superconducting magnet and disposing a circuit converting electromagnetic energy into heat energy through a resistor through an electromagnetic energy erasing switch in parallel. CONSTITUTION:When an S1 switch is closed at 0sec, S2 and S3 switches are closed synchronized with the time of the completion of excitation when currents change from zero to L1 and voltage changes from E to five and to zero, circulating currents requiring no energy are passed through S2 and a permanent magnet L1 is acquired when the S1 is opened simultaneously, electromagnetic energy input to a superconducting coil is held, and magnetic flux proportional to an ampere turn by the currents and the number of turn of the superconducting coil is sustained, thus generating a superconducting magnet. Since the internal resistance of the superconducting magnet is zero even when currents L1 reach t2sec, L1=L2 holds. When S2 is opened synchronized with t2sec, electromagnetic energy input to the superconducting coil is expressed by -E, passed through the S3 switch and changed into heat energy through a resistor R2 and erased. S3 is opened synchronized with erased t3sec, and excitation is transferred to pulses in one direction or alternate pulse excitation in response to an object.
