PURPOSE:To take off pressurized air at given constant pressure even if a compressed air storing space is provided at the shallow position of the underground. CONSTITUTION:An impounding reservoir 20 is provided on the ground, and a storing cavity 6 is also provided underneath the reservoir. And a device comprises a compressor compressing air and supplying it to the storing cavity 6, a valve V1, a vent pipe 15, a vent pipe 15 taking off compressed air 17 stored in the storing cavity 6, and a valve V2, all of which are provided on the ground. Furthermore, the device comprises a pump 10 which can supply water in the impounding reservoir 20 to the storing cavity 6 while being capable of compressing water, a valve V3 and discharge pipes 21.
