摘要

NEW MATERIAL:Cellulase having strong resistance to protease exhibiting =50% residual activity even two weeks after kept at 40 deg.C together with 1 AU/ml protease and exhibiting following physicochemical properties; action: acts to CMC and dissolves it to generate reducing sugar; substrate specificity: has a few activity to phosphoric acid-swollen cellulose, xylan and p-nitrophenyl cellobioside. Does not exhibit decomposing activity to crystalline fibers such as avicel, cellulose powder or filter paper and cellobiose; acting pH: 4-10; optimum pH: 7.0; pH stability: stable at pH 3-11 after preserved at 30 deg.C for 1hr; acting temperature: 20-70 deg.; optimum temperature: 55 deg.C, etc. USE:Used as a mixing component of a liquid detergent composition without damaged by a chelate agent. PREPARATION:Streptomyces sp. KSM-23 (FERM P-11255) is cultured.
