METHOD OF CONSTRUCTION FOR PENETRATING SIMPLIFIED RECHARGE DRAINAGE

PURPOSE:To execute excavating work in a short term at a low cost without using any particular mechanical equipment by removing a sandy component of underground water, pumped up from a pumping up well, through a sedimentation basin, and thereafter allowing the water to penetrate by its own weight in a free underground water layer outside water shield wall. CONSTITUTION:Excavating construction work is performed while pumping up underground water from a pumping up well 2 by a submerged pump 4, and the pumped up underground water is drained to a drainage channel; 8 through a sedimentation tank 12. The underground water, accumulated in the drainage channel 8, penetrates by own weight a free underground water layer 5 outside water shield wall 1 from the internal surface of a groove 9. Since penetrability of the underground water, which penetrates the free underground water layer 5, is decreased smaller than that of the original ground, the underground water of an amount or more, recirculated to an excavation hole side, is pumped up by the submerged pump. In this way, underground construction work can be performed under a dry condition by dropping a level of free underground water to L' in the inner and outer of the water shield wall 1.
